Managed Nike Swim’s first-ever partnership with a major UK high street retailer to activate the seasonal Back to School campaign. Designed to increase brand relevance, the campaign positioned Nike Swim as a key player in youth and school essentials, driving category visibility and conversion both online and in-store.
The strategy focused on hero products to drive awareness and sell-through. I led the development of bespoke creative assets for omni-channel use and oversaw rollout across digital and physical retail environments including flagship store activations.
As a result of the campaign, door distribution of key featured lines expanded from 35 to 255 stores nationwide. Strong product performance during the campaign period shaped future category planning.
